About Us
AUM Europe is the umbrella organisation for the underwriting agency Maven Underwriters. Its role is to:
- Provide strategic direction for the agencies (individually and as a whole)
- Maintain excellent carrier relationships and develop new relationships
- Deliver underwriting excellence and profitability to our Risk Partners
- Focus on strategic growth initiatives including the acquisition and creation of new agencies, schemes and facilities
In order to provide our agency with the support required the functions of AUM Europe include:
- Management of the underwriting and claims functions
- Provision of underwriting and claims management computer systems
- MI reporting and provision of actuarial expertise to monitor scheme performance and loss ratio statistics
- Regulatory and Compliance functions
AUM act solely as the underwriting agent of our Risk Partner in our chosen marketplace. We provide expertise across our underwriting, claims, risk management, financial reporting, accounts, IT and business development functions.
Based in London, AUM Europe is regulated by the FSA, under the umbrella of Aon Ltd.
